Thanks to the use of Xtendis at Van Lanschot Kempen, the organisation always has a complete customer image and personal data is optimally guaranteed. At Van Lanschot Kempen people were already used to working digitally in the Document Management System Documentum. Because Van Lanschot Kempen wanted to modernize and integrate more deeply into its primary systems, Documentum has been replaced and optimized by Xtendis. Due to an improved structure, Van Lanschot Kempen now has a layering in which personal documents are shielded in accordance with the General Data Processing Regulation.
