Expansion prepares itself for its projects in the following manner:
- Realistic objectives (Project Management). The objective of the project must be clear at the start of the project. If possible the objective must be translated into concrete, measurable results that can be verified in an acceptance test. Without a clear objective it is extremely difficult to assess the result of the implementation.
- Distribution of roles provides clarity. A clear distribution of roles is of major importance for a successful implementation. It clarifies what everyone can expect of one another.
It is very important that in a project all the roles mentioned below are fulfilled and can be deployed whenever necessary. The principal’s project leader is responsible for ensuring that the employees who fulfil these roles remain available. In addition, to ensure the success of a project it is essential that the people who fulfil these roles communicate with the project leader(s) concerned and the principal(s).
