Many notary offices commit their case files and other documents to Xtendis. By connecting Xtendis to the Notary Information System (NIS) used by the Notary Offices the documents become optimally accessible. The case files and client files can be retrieved and are available on-screen directly from the NIS. All documents are stored safely and in an uneditable format and they are accessible to authorized users only.
In the Netherlands, NNCO, the central organization for network notaries, has selected Xtendis as the standard system for the affiliated Network Notary Offices. Xtendis is offered on a basis of hosting, but can be bought directly by any Notary Office as well.
