Expansion has implemented digital archiving for several financial institutions. In many cases this involved applications to archive customer files. In addition to correspondence, contracts and account statements, identity documents are also archived digitally. All documents can be accessed with a mouse click, and the files can be consulted from different locations at the same time.
In addition to digital archiving for customer files, Expansion has implemented digital transaction archiving systems for a number of financial institutions, including Interpay and Euronext. All transactions executed by these organisations are archived in digital form. The transactions stored must be retained for at least seven years and are consulted by dozens of employees on a daily basis to respond to customer queries.
