After the system is taken into production, Expansion remains available in the background to provide the necessary support and maintenance. Our support agreement gives access to our helpdesk and onsite support and guarantees the highest availability possible.

After the system is taken into production, Expansion remains available in the background to provide the necessary support and maintenance. These tasks are laid down in the Xtendis software agreement which entitles the client to:

  • Telephone support in the event of any problem arising with the Xtendis software
  • On-site support at a reduced rate
  • Free repair and solution of problems directly resulting from shortcomings in software supplied by Expansion 
  • Purchase of add-on modules 
  • Purchase of major updates at a reduced price
  • Purchase of minor updates at administration and shipping costs
  • Free access to the release notes for updates
